We are able to make composite panels 3.6m x 7.5m
Using our vast composite boat building knowledge we can supply quality panels to your requirements.

Meridian have introduced an infusion process into there panel construction to offer higher quality panels at a lighter weight.

1) Panels can be custom made using most composite cores. (Foam, Balsa, Core-mat etc)
2) We can vacuum bagged cores and laminates if required.
3) Fabrics available from Chop Strand Mat to Carbon Fibre
4) Resins available:-Epoxy, Polyester or Vinylester.
5) We can also supply a range of different coloured Gelcoat finishes for Polyester and Vinylester panels.
6) High-build finish can be supplied for Epoxy panels.
7) We can also supply panels with rebates for joint areas. (hull to deck join, Chine to chine join)
8) We can also supply engineering for your panels.
9) If you provide us with a CAD file, we can loft your panels for you.

2) Extremely durable and solid.
3) Unique anti drip lip to help prevent staining down your hull.
4) Can be heated and bent around areas such as duck boards
5) The ends can be machined using most wood working tools to suite your desired finish
6) Weight - 2.2kg/m.
7) Available in lengths up to 10m.
8) Basic dimensions 65mm x 36mm.
